You will conduct research and write and defend a detailed proposal for your paper including the statement of the problem, the research question and hypothesis statements, the unit of analysis, an overview of the current literature on the topic indicating the scope of the problem; the methodology for collecting primary or secondary data relevant to that problem and, in general, how you will analyze the data.
