Hello, all! I will be asking for your help as participants in several studies this term, as they are approved:  If you would like to help out, please consider participating in these studies (or any of them) for 1 percentage point extra credit each (up to 3 percentage points! So, if you have an 83, you end up with an 86 – a half letter grade up). Remember, you never have to do research, so if you want extra credit but do not want to participate, talk to me about alternatives, including making video discussion posts (up to three points, one point per video response). You will earn one percentage point each study (up to three). SO, either three video discussion responses, or one video response and two study reactions. Please see below:

Study 1 (conflict) You are being asked to participate in a research study designed to examine the relationship between your experiences with parental/caregiver conflict during childhood and your social cognition as assessed today. If you agree to participate, you’ll complete a 20-30minute survey. No identifiable information will be collected and answers will be anonymous. Please click the link below to take the survey.     


Study 2 (relationships) Dear Saint Leo students! Please consider participating in our study on perceptions of relationships that involves taking a 10-15-minute survey about your relationships and your thinking style as well as other personality and individual difference measures. If you are interested, please click the link below and email the researcher if you would like a copy of the results of the study! As you will be anonymous, there is no way for us to send you results unless you contact us.
